Simple software, simple terms.

By downloading or using Developers Kit (“the app”), made by DevsMind, you accept these terms. Purchases through the Mac App Store are additionally governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Developers Kit on Macs you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. Developers Kit has no subscription or recurring charge; any pricing is set on and handled by the Mac App Store.

All Developers Kit data is stored locally on your Mac. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. If you lose your vault master password, the vault cannot be recovered — there is no reset, by design. Safe-mode features reduce the risk of destructive database operations but do not eliminate it; you remain responsible for statements you run against your databases.

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app except where the law permits it despite this restriction. Use Developers Kit only against databases and systems you are authorized to access.

Developers Kit is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevsMind is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the app.

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple through the Mac App Store under Apple’s terms. DevsMind cannot process refunds directly.

These terms may be updated over time. Material changes will be noted on this page before they take effect.
